Who we are

Humanify is a product of MoreBetter Studios. When we say “we”, “us”, or “the service”, we mean Humanify and MoreBetter Studios. When we say “you”, we mean you — the person using Humanify.

What Humanify does

Humanify transforms your marketing copy so it reads more naturally and is structured for AI citation (GEO). You paste in your copy, we run it through the HumanCore Engine, and you get back a transformed version.

No warranty — the service is provided “as is”

We do our best to deliver great results, but we make no guarantees. Specifically, we are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, or fitness of any output generated
• How you use the transformed content
• Any consequences arising from publishing or acting on AI-transformed copy
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in output

No guarantee of AI citation or GEO results

We do not guarantee that transformed content will be cited by AI systems, rank in search results, or achieve any specific marketing outcome. AI citation behaviour depends on many factors outside our control.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you submit for transformation
• Ensuring output complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not submitting content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Any use of output in commercial or public contexts

Acceptable use

Don't use Humanify for spam, deception, generating illegal content, or circumventing AI moderation systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & payments

Humanify offers a free tier (5 transforms per day) and a Pro plan at $9.99/month, billed via Stripe.

• API credits are non-refundable once consumed
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — no partial refunds for the current billing period
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of any content you submit. We do not claim ownership of transformed output. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Humanify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
