Humanify is operated by MoreBetter Studios. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Email address — for Pro accounts, collected via Stripe at checkout
• Usage data — transform counts and API key usage
• Content submitted for transformation — processed transiently and not stored long-term
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details

How we use your data

• To provide the Humanify transformation service
• To manage subscriptions and billing
• To enforce usage limits (free tier: 5/day, Pro: unlimited)

Data storage

• API keys and usage counters are stored in Vercel KV (Upstash Redis)
• We do not retain the content you submit for transformation beyond processing
• Payment data is held by Stripe under their own privacy policy

Third-party services

We use the following third parties to operate Humanify:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — content transformation, processed transiently
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Upstash — KV storage for API keys and usage data

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

Cookies
