Your measurements card
Ten short lines about your business. Every prompt in our guides starts with ‘Use my measurements card below.’ Fill it in once, keep it in your phone's notes, and paste it in after the prompt.
This page is a template to copy, not a form. Fill it in wherever you keep notes. Leave out anything private: no client or patient details.

- Write your tone and sign-off the way you'd say them, not how you think they should sound.
- Update the card when your prices, hours or policy change.
